We request customer to read the term and conditions mentioned below before ordering. Placing the order would be deemed acceptance of Terms & condition.
Pure Lavish Laundry House will use reasonable efforts to ensure that garment and articles entrusted to us are cleaned using methods that are best suited to its nature and conditions.
In absence of any instructions from customer, Pure Lavish Laundry House will wash the article as it deems fit. Pure Lavish Laundry House will not be responsible for any damage to the cloth/article due to non-receipt of customer instructions.
Pure Lavish Laundry House will not be liable for any damage to clothes/article due to adhering to customer instructions.
Customer will have to present original invoice at the time of delivery of clothes. In absence of original invoice customer will have to present original pick up slip/ identity proof.
In absence of any of above-mentioned documents, Pure Lavish Laundry House will not handover the clothes to customer.
Customers are requested to provide correct contact details and address so that Pure Lavish Laundry House is able to collect and deliver as per time slots required by customer.
Customers are requested to check the article/clothes with the original invoice prior to signing of invoice and accepting the delivery of clothes. Pure Lavish Laundry House will not be liable for any claim after acceptance of delivery of clothes.
Delivery of clothes will be done only after full payment is received against invoice amount.
Pure Lavish Laundry House reserves the right to dispose the article/clothes as deems fit in event of customer not collecting articles/clothes within 15 days of delivery date mentioned in invoice.
Customer will have to check the article/clothes for any valuables prior to handing over to Pure Lavish Laundry House. Pure Lavish Laundry House will not be responsible of any loss of valuables.
Customer is requested to intimate Pure Lavish Laundry House regarding damage/ loss of article within 24 hours of delivery of article/clothes. Pure Lavish Laundry House will not be liable for any claim submitted after due date/time.
Pure Lavish Laundry House will not be responsible for natural wear and tear, shrinking of clothes, bleeding of color due to clothes wash. It will try to reduce the same at the time of wash.
Pure Lavish Laundry House will try to remove the stain from the cloth at time of cleaning and does not guarantee complete (100%) removal of stain. Pure Lavish Laundry House reserves the right not to clean the cloth if it is unsure of stain removal.
Pure Lavish Laundry House will not be responsible for any damage to ornamental and jewellery fittings, beads, sequins, buckles, buttons, hooks, zips, laces etc in the article.
Pure Lavish Laundry House will strive to deliver clothes/articles as per agreed delivery date and time. Pure Lavish Laundry House will not be held responsible due to unforeseen circumstances such as floods, riots, earthquake, fire, strikes. No claim for delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances will be entertained by Pure Lavish Laundry House.
Pure Lavish Laundry House reserves right to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice. Customer permits Pure Lavish Laundry House to use information submitted for providing services to customer. Pure Lavish Laundry House respects the privacy of customer and will not use the customer information for the ways for which customer consent is not available.
Tariff for designer wear, high end fabric-based cloths or complex article pieces would be decided on case to case basis. The pricing would be communicated to the customer directly when the same has been received at store/ unit.
Express /urgent delivery charges will be addition to normal charges payable.
